Here is a slight upgrade to the “LED Flasher” project. This circuit has ten LEDs that turn on and off in a sequential order. They thus create an effect and appear to “chase” each other. The frequency (how fast the LEDs switch on and off) can easily be controlled by the variable resistor (Trimpot) from anywhere between 3Hz to 21Hz.
