LAPTOP RETURN POLICY
We hope that you will enjoy your laptop and that you'll refer us to your friends. But, if within 7 days of the date on the invoice you wish to return your laptop there are two options.
Return for Store Credit If you would like to return your laptop for store credit, then please call us to advise us of your intention. Your return must be authorized by us and your return must be made within 7 days of the date of the invoice. Credit will not include shipping and will be equal to the full purchase price of the laptop ONLY. You can then use your store credit towards the future purchase of any laptop in our entire inventory.
Return for Refund If you are not interested in store credit, you may return your laptop within 7 days of the date on your invoice, but your return must be authorized by us and your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will not include shipping and will be based on the purchase price of the laptop ONLY. Please allow 15 days to process and receive your refund.
